"The front desk was very friendly and helpful upon arrival/departure and checkout was a breeze. The Continental breakfast was delicious and was considerably MORE than I consider "Continental". The room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Lighting was plentiful and safe inside the room. However, outside in the parking lot area could use a few floodlights. I especially liked the wooden shutters that replaced the "normal" curtains, as they shut out all possibility of light.
I would suggest you offer GREATER discounts for specific memberships, i.e. AAA, AARP, Senior Citizens, Military, and State/Gov. as all these discounts were equal to other establishments.
And, as "appreciation" to our Armed Forces, a larger discount to that population would certainly attract more business. Knowing the quality of the hotel/service/amenities, I would immediately select your establishment if you offered a greater discount to my fellow Armed Forces retired senior citizens.
